At Medianivo, client satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund terms below before booking any service.

Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Management, Web Development)
- Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Monthly retainer services may be canceled at any time with 14 days' written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle once services have started.
- If we fail to deliver agreed-upon deliverables within the agreed timeframe, clients may request a partial refund proportional to undelivered work.

Photography Services (Product, Brand, Wedding & Event)
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session receive a refund of any payment beyond the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the session are non-refundable due to reserved time and resources.
- Rescheduling is available once at no charge if requested at least 72 hours in advance.

How to Request a Refund
Contact us at contact@medianivo.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 3-5 business days.

Chargebacks
We ask that clients contact us directly before filing a chargeback with their bank, as this allows us to resolve issues faster and avoid unnecessary delays.
