Medianivo provides digital marketing services (SEO, paid advertising, social media management, web development) and photography services (product, brand, wedding, and event photography). Service details, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payments
Payment is required in full or as a deposit (depending on the service) before work begins, via Shopify Payments or Stripe. Pricing is listed on our website and may be adjusted for custom project scope.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any assets or access needed to complete the project (e.g., website access, brand assets, photo shoot logistics).

4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to final deliverables (marketing materials, photos) as agreed in the project scope. Medianivo retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability
